Naples Bay Resort & Marina

Great visit! Rooms had beautiful view of Marina, 3 pools were great, with varying temps. kids waterfall was cool, lap pool was medium, round pool was warmest. Have a lazy river with tubes! Wait staff was friendly & amazing service. Food & drinks also great. Soft Pretzels, coconut shrimp n chicken sandwich w sweet potatoes fries were faves, cheeseburger were huge. Rice bowl w chicken just ok.

This is such a phenomenal place to stay when visiting Naples - every aspect of my experience here was impressive. The hotel staff were all professional, well spoken, and courteous. The property itself is meticulously maintained, impeccably clean, and enjoyable to walk around and explore. The fitness center and multiple pools are first class. The rooms are actually quite spacious and the mattress I slept on was the most comfortable I’ve experienced in a hotel that I can remember. During the week rates in October / November were VERY reasonable for a property of this quality. 10/10 would stay here again.

Great place. Helpful staff. Super clean spacious rooms. Valet service is quick and quick to serve. Hope is also very wonderful giving wonderful recommendations while you are there. Location is central to many places. They also have apartment resort style living for purchase if you want to make it your resident. All the amenities are nice that includes with Naples club.

Booked a 2 bedroom poolside cottage. Absolutely lovely, steps away from the pool which helped with my 4 year old niece. It looks like each cottage has a separate owner, which I’m assuming is why decor varies. Other reviews says their cottage was dated, but mine was modern, lovely, up to date. We stayed at unit d203. The club, which houses the pools and bar, is right by the cottages. This is a 5 minutes walk or 1 minute drive from the hotel portion on the marina, fyi for those looking to book the hotel. We walked each morning to the hotel side, as they have a lovely coffee shop there. Made for a great morning stroll . Fifth Ave is 5 minutes away. Naples beach is about 7 minutes, clam pass beach about 10-15. We visited Marco island as well which is about a 30 min commute. Customer service and staff were wonderful . Can’t wait to return next year.

Naples Bay Resort encompasses the perfect stay for a true Naples experience! The staff was extremely helpful and accommodated our early check in request. The rooms are extremely spacious with beautiful views of the marina. The restaurants in the area are excellent. We loved the Naples bay club for the gym and spa. Just a short walk to downtown Naples, they also provide shuttle services to 5th Ave, 3rd Ave, as well as the beach! We will definitely be back!

Stayed here over Christmas and was blown away by the stellar service. The property is impeccable, but it was the friendliness of everyone that stood out the most! Hope from Concierge is the sweetest lady of all time. She hooked me up with reservations and recommendations galore! Wish she was my best friend! Larry from Valet was amazing too, would love to get a beer with him any time. Great folks all around. Thanks for making it the best Christmas ever!! We'll be back!!
